Jim S. Hart

A longtime partner at Williams Kherkher, Jim distinguished himself both inside and outside of the classroom at Texas Tech University. In addition to earning his undergraduate and law degrees there, he was also the quarterback of the Red Raiders football team.
Jim has been at Williams Kherkher's for nearly 15 years, and currently is in charge of the Labor and Employment docket. He has worked on numerous cases involving injuries due to bus accidents.
Jim is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern districts. Additionally, he holds memberships in the Texas State Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar Association. Jim and his wife Susan have five daughters.
John Neese

John Neese is an experienced litigator who currently heads up the welding fume and environmental contamination dockets for Williams Kherkher. In addition he has worked on several bus accident cases, including the infamous Coach USA case in 2004 that involved two fatalities.
John came to Williams Kherkher in 2001, where he has successfully represented plaintiffs in litigation against a variety of defendants, including insurance companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, corporations, oil companies, and transportation/trucking companies, among others.
Recently, John was recognized by his peers as among the top 2.5% of Texas up-and-coming attorneys in the April 2007 issues of Texas Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition and Texas Monthly.
